HOW TO ORDER

Choose your pyjama design.
Select the required child or adult size.
Enter the name exactly as you would like it printed.
Add the item to your basket.
Repeat for each family member before checking out.

If you do not require personalisation, enter “No name” in the personalisation box.

IMPORTANT STOCK INFORMATION

Christmas pyjama stock is already beginning to sell through with suppliers, particularly in popular sizes.

Sizes cannot be reserved until your order and full payment have been received. I recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

If your selected size becomes unavailable before I can secure it, I will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss the available options.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay for your Christmas pyjamas in full or select the deposit option at checkout.

After receiving your deposit, I will contact you using the email address supplied with your order and send an invoice for the remaining payments. Please note all deposits are non refundable. 

All outstanding balances must be paid in full by the date shown on the invoice. Your pyjamas will not be personalised or completed until the full balance has been received.

Orders paid for in full by 9 October will be dispatched in time for 1 December.

Please be aware that the ordering period may close earlier if wholesaler stock becomes unavailable.

PERSONALISATION

Please check all names, spellings, capital letters and sizes carefully before submitting your order. The wording will be produced exactly as supplied.

As every personalised set is made especially for you, production cannot begin until all required information has been received.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash inside out at 30°C
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment
• Avoid tumble drying where possible

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
